Howard Shen and his family immigrated to North Carolina in 2022, settling in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area after careful consideration of its geography, environment, and quality of life. With a deep understanding of North Carolina’s unique advantages—such as its excellent educational system, safety, and natural beauty—Howard is well-equipped to help clients navigate the local real estate market.

With over 20 years of experience living and working in Beijing and Tianjin, Howard holds a Ph.D. from the Communication University of China. His career includes roles as a journalist, university professor, and senior executive. A passionate investor with experience in both the Chinese and North American real estate markets, Howard has successfully purchased and managed various properties. His expertise also extends to home design, renovations, and maintenance, offering clients valuable insights for every aspect of real estate.
