Previously, Kara worked as a dual-rate supervisor in a casino, which taught her to listen attentively and work diligently. She enjoys helping people reach their goals. Known for her exceptional customer service and strong work ethic, she consistently makes every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients.

Kara Lai has lived in NC for 21 years, where she enjoys the safe environment and the nice weather. She is a proud mother of four beautiful children, Joan, Nikki, Khloe, and Lucas. She has also gained considerable knowledge of wire, lighting, and electrical systems from her husband Tony, who is an electrician.

In her free time, Kara loves to study traditional Chinese medicine, Feng Shui (Chinese geomancy), and spending time with her family and friends. She has also obtained licensure for insurance and once worked as a substitute teacher. Originally from Hong Kong, Kara speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
